Di-Nautika d.o.o. obliges to protect the personal data of users, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about users, necessary for the fulfillment of legal regulations or contractual obligations.

Users are given the option of choosing the use of their data, and the data is available only to employees necessary for the performance of their work. All employees of Di-Nautika d.o.o. are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

We are fully committed to ensuring the continuous and effective implementation of this policy, and we expect the same from our employees and business partners. This policy determines the expected behavior of Di-Nautika d.o.o., its permanent, temporary and occasional employees as well as business partners and third parties in relation to the collection, use, storage, transfer, disclosure or destruction of personal data processed in the business processes of Di-Nautika d.o.o. .

  • For the implementation of the contract for the delivery of goods, we will share the data with the distribution service providers with whom we cooperate and have signed contracts. How long do we keep data

We store and process personal data only as long as it is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer storage period for a particular purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Di-Nautika d.o.o.

In the case of giving consent for marketing, we keep the data for as long as the consent is withdrawn, and in case you ask us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately.

Personal data that is no longer needed is either irretrievably anonymized or securely destroyed.
